Medical Documents: Clinical Summaries Given in the Main Page 2019.04.17 Dr. Hugo Clinical Summary 2019.04.10 Dr. Amaya Clinical Summary 2019.05.22 Dr. Manjarrez Clinical Summary Dr. Klaffke Clinical Summary 2019 Explaining History Behind Treating Physicians (New 1st) It should be clarified in the following documents that the patient has full medical insurance (all benefits from insurance) in the US and has always had insurance but the stipulate is that only for the condition Multiple Sclerosis (not other conditions like diabetes) only a *US physician* is allowed to approve the payments for the medication by insurance. The US used it as a way to withhold treatment/medications. The medications cost more than 1500 USD per month. In one instance when a physician abroad prescribed the medication and I paid for it without insurance, the US simply directed someone to steal the medication to keep me sick. The US is aggressive in withholding medications to cause harm. 2019 April 10th Mexico City - Dr. Luis Amaya Summary 2019 April 22nd Tijuana - Dr. Francisco Manjarrez 2018 March 19th onwards Dr. Stefanie Klaffke Emergency Room (ER) Documents (Because the US Wouldnt Treat the Condition in the US) Mexico ER Methylpredniolone IV Report September 2017 Mexico History Behind 2017 September 27th ER Hospitilization for Gilenya on October 4th 2017 Pictures in Tijuana, Mexico ER Brazil Brazil ER Report November 2017 History Behind 2017 November 12th - Brazil San Lucas ER Germany Translation of ER Report Germany March 2018 History Behind 2018 March 17th Bundeswehrkrankenhaus Berlin ER (New) Plasmapheresis for Emergency Plasmapheresis Report 12-14th September 2018 2018 September 14th Dr. Luis Amaya Plasmapheresis Pictures During Hospital Treatment Optic Neuropathy/Eye Tests Due to MS VEP - Optic Neuropathy - Narendra Jana Visual Field Macula and Optic Nerve Test - Narendra Jana Determination of Progressive MS Dr. Hugo's Assesement of MRIs and Medication Need Dr. Klaffke Assement of Medication Need and MS FDG PET/Dementia Documents Early 2016 FDG Pet-Narendra Jana Before and After FDG Comparison with Medication (how medication improves brain function) History Behind FDG PET Diagnsotic Seizures Due to MS March 2016 EEG Report with Waveform-Narendra Jana 2016 April 21st Bangkok Thailand, Bumrungrad Hospital Epilepsy Treatment with Rituximab to Try to Limit Progressive MS Discharge Summary for Rituximab Therapy Second Day IV Discharge Summary on January 31st 2019 Blood Tests and Drug Tests Blood Tests 0-Blood Liver Chemisty 11.08.2017 1-Blood Liver Chemisty 11.10.2017 2-Blood Liver Chemistry 9.21.2018 3-Blood Liver Chemistry 9.21.2018-2 4-Thyroid Blood Liver Chemisty 11.02.2018 Drug Tests Why? Because the US often makes the argument that the typical effects of MS could be caused by something other than MS. Its nonsensicle but as precaution I do ocassional drug tests to show otherwise. These tests span more than a decade and all with negative results. Multiple Sclerosis and the secondary effects of seizures, dementia, ocassional immobility, and optic neuropathy are unique to MS and not replicable by any other pathology. There is no drug that could do it, only MS could. US blames college, but its not college or university that caused MS: The others are drug reports that show that I don't ever drink or do drugs, ever: 0-Drug Test 4.22.2008-Umass Memorial 1-Drug Test 02.11.2009-Umass Memorial 2-Drug Alcohol Blood Test 04.28.2010-Umass Memorial 3-Drug Alcohol Test 04.28.2010-Umass Memorial 4-Drug Test 07.03.2013-Dr. Charles Rosenbaum |
